Accessibility and Interpretation

We are committed to making this convention as welcoming and accessible as possible. If you need assistance, please reach out via email (use the link at the bottom of this page) or speak with anyone wearing a “HOST”  jacket. While we may have some limitations, our team will gladly do what we can to support your needs and enhance your experience.

For Those who are Deaf and Hard of Hearing

Closed captioning will be provided during the Main Speaker Meetings Thursday through Sunday to support accessibility for members of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing community. We aim to offer accessible options within the resources available for the convention. If you have accessibility needs or questions, please connect with a Host Comittee Member so we can do our best to assist you.

You can also view the closed captions on your mobile device. This closed caption service can seamlessly translate to many different languages of your choosing. To use this service, you can scan the Ava QR code found around the convention area, or tap the link here:

Servicio de Interpretación al Español

Interpretación en español está disponible a solicitud para paneles y reuniones. Por favor, hable con un miembro del Comité Anfitrión o visite el área de registro para recibir ayuda de un voluntario.

Spanish interpretation is available upon request for panels and meetings. Please speak with a Host Committee member or visit the registration area to connect with a volunteer for assistance.
